LeapFish Search Affiliate Program
My last blog on LeapFish was all about the rumors of scams which seem to be overwellmingly present when you search the companies name. However this blog post will be specifically about the new “2.0 widget” affiliate program they now are running.
I have heard a lot of people saying they don’t think the affiliate program is worth it but in my experience the google ads search bar has payed me less then 5cents per search. With Google you only get payed if someone uses the search bar and then clicks on a link where as I believe LinkFish pays for every unique user which uses the search bar. So at 5cents per click and $25 min cash out you can expect to get paid $25 after 500 different people use the search bar. LinkFish search does not make any search results of its own rather it meshs Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ebay, Wikipedia, Amazon, Digg, Twitter, Wikihow, the list seems to go on forever.
Search widgets come in 8 sizes from 60 x 100 to 75 x 200.
It might be worth while if you were already going to include a search bar on your site and like the interface of LeapFish… or of course if your are writing a blog about LeapFish.
However if your looking for something to monetize a site It doesn’t come close to Adsense or LinkShare
